I was first hand on this production, where I draped Helena's blouse and patterned her pants. During the production I was asked to create a tear-away version of Helena's blouse for the Lovers' fight.

"But herein mean I to enrich my pain,/ To have his sight thither and back again."

"I see their knavery: this is to make an ass of me, to fright me if they could."
"And yours of Helena to me bequeath, Whom I do love and will do till my death."
"Yet my chief humor is for a tyrant."
"To show our simple skill, that is the true beginning of our end."

I also draped Puck's breeches. We padded the front of the breeches to create the exaggerated look of a fawn.

"On the ground sleep sound. I’ll apply to your eye. Gentle lover, remedy."

“Lord, what fools these mortals be!”

Lastly, I patterned boxers and shirts based off of vintage 1940s commercial patterns. I used the same pattern for each garment, but adjusted the pattern for each actor.
